Born and raised in the small town of Turrell, Arkansas, DeMarcus D. Reel grew up surrounded by humble beginnings and limited opportunities. In a place where dreams often felt too big and resources too few, DeMarcus was no stranger to being doubted, underestimated, and told what he couldn't do.
But he didn’t let that stop him.
Driven by faith, ambition, and a relentless work ethic, DeMarcus used every “no” as fuel to push harder. He refused to be defined by his circumstances. Instead, he chose to rise above them—educating himself, developing new skills, and building a path few thought possible.
Now based in Memphis, Tennessee, DeMarcus is a successful entrepreneur and accounting professional. As the Founder & CEO of Reel Accounting Solutions, he continues to defy the odds—creating opportunities for himself and others who’ve been told they couldn’t.

As the oldest sibling of DeMarcus Reel, Shawanda L. Reel brings a strong foundation of leadership and dedication to her role as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Born and raised in Turrell, Arkansas, Shawanda has deep roots in the community and a passion for helping businesses run smoothly and efficiently.
Now based in Marion, Arkansas, Shawanda oversees daily operations, ensures compliance, and drives operational excellence. She holds a Degree in Business Management, which equips her with the knowledge and skills to lead effectively and support the company’s growth.
Her experience and commitment make her an invaluable asset to the team.
Veronica N. Reel

Veronica N. Reel – Chief Financial Officer
As the second oldest sibling of DeMarcus Reel, Veronica N. Reel brings a strong foundation in finance and a passion for numbers to the team. Based out of Marked Tree, Arkansas, Veronica leverages her exceptional math skills and keen attention to detail to expertly manage funds, budgeting, and financial tracking.
Her ability to analyze complex financial information ensures accuracy and transparency in all financial operations. Veronica’s commitment to integrity and precision plays a vital role in maintaining the company’s financial health and supporting its long-term growth.

Lakeisha R. Reel - Executive Assistant
Lakeisha R. Reel, a proud native of Turrell, Arkansas, and is now based out of Marked Tree, Arkansas, serves as the Executive Assistant at Reel Accounting Solutions. As the fourth oldest sibling of Founder DeMarcus D. Reel, Lakeisha brings a strong sense of loyalty, professionalism, and dedication to the team. Her outgoing personality and natural people skills make her a vital part of client interactions and internal operations.
In her role, Lakeisha supports the executive team by managing scheduling, handling correspondence, maintaining organization across departments, and ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the company. She is often the first point of contact for clients and partners, making sure every interaction reflects the warmth and professionalism of the Reel brand. Her commitment to excellence and detail helps keep the business running efficiently day to day.
